Visitors are introduced to a new generation of\nmusicians through a div erse and engaging programme of inspiring performances.\n\nArti Shuffles Jo nge Musici: Tenor Jason Li and pianist Isaac Lam\n\nTenor Jason Li and pia nist Isaac Lam\, a Hong Kong duo based in Amsterdam\,\npresent an evening celebrating the richness and diversity of the art song\nrepertoire. Their programme opens with Robert Schumann's Dichterliebe\, one of\nthe most bel oved song cycles in the German Lied tradition\, followed by Maurice\nRavel 's Histoires Naturelles and selected songs by Florence Price and Charles\n Ives.\n\nJason Li is currently completing his Master's degree in Classical Voice at the\nConservatorium van Amsterdam\, where he studies with Sasja Hunnego. Before moving\nto the Netherlands\, he performed extensively in H ong Kong\, appearing as the\ntenor soloist in Meine Hoffnung meine Freunde and I-solate with HK Singfest\, as\nwell as taking operatic roles includi ng Don Ottavio in Mozart's Don Giovanni and\nDanilo in Lehár's The Merry W idow. His artistic interests centre on the\nexpressive possibilities of so ng and opera\, bringing poetry and storytelling to\nlife through performan ce.\n\nIsaac Lam is a répétiteur\, composer\, and pianist based in Amsterd am. He is a\nfreelance répétiteur with the Dutch National Opera Studio and an Associate\nRépétiteur at the Dutch National Opera Academy. A graduate of the Conservatorium\nvan Amsterdam\, he has recently worked on productio ns including Verdi's Simon\nBoccanegra\, conducted Pergolesi's La serva pa drona from the harpsichord\, and\nperformed in the Kleine Zaal of the Conc ertgebouw. Alongside his work as a\ncollaborative pianist\, he holds a Mas ter's degree in Composition from the Hong\nKong Academy for Performing Art s. Arti Shuffles Jonge Musici: Tenor Jason Li and pianist Isaac Lam

Tenor Jason Li and pianist Isaac Lam, a Hong Kong duo based in Amsterdam, present an evening celebrating the ri chness and diversity of the art song repertoire. Their programme opens wit h Robert Schumann's Dichterliebe, one of the most beloved song cy cles in the German Lied tradition, followed by Maurice Ravel's Histoir es Naturelles and selected songs by Florence Price and Charles Ives.< /p>

Jason Li is currently completing his Master's degree in Classical Vo ice at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where he studies with Sasja Hunne go. A graduate of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, he has recently w orked on productions including Verdi's Simon Boccanegra, conducte d Pergolesi's La serva padrona from the harpsichord, and performe d in the Kleine Zaal of the Concertgebouw. Alongside his work as a collabo rative pianist, he holds a Master's degree in Composition from the Hong Ko ng Academy for Performing Arts. His music has been performed by ensembles including the Mivos Quartet and the Hong Kong New Music Ensemble.
